We have a 14-day refund policy for all of our digital downloads IF THE FILES HAVE NOT BEEN DOWNLOADED. This website’s gains go toward the homeschooling of the digital download creator’s children. Please request refunds for the products if there is something really wrong with the product as every little bit helps. Common sense is the best policy.
If you purchase a product on accident and request a refund, you will be granted it. But if you purchase a product on accident AND download it, then the refund possibility will be null and void as the downloading of the product shows that you have appropriated the files. The reason why the refund would be null and void is because otherwise, everyone would do this (purchase, download and request refund), thus deeply hurting all of my hard time and effort.
We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, as long as it is a fair affair. We refund if: there were errors in the content, a certain activity was listed as part of the product and it is missing, the item was purchased multiple times and logical things like that.
Reasons for no returns are: if you changed your mind (when there is nothing wrong with the content), when you are not able to print an explicitly printable PDF file, if you are only going to use part of the content in the product. We do not sell parts of a whole product or pro-rate items. Products are purchased as is.
After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first two weeks after their purchase. If you have any additional questions or would like to request a refund, feel free to contact us.
