Refund Policy

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, as long as it is a fair affair. We refund if: there were errors in the content, the item was purchased multiple times and logical things like that.

Reasons for no returns are: if you changed your mind (when there is nothing wrong with the content), when you are not able to print an explicitly printable PDF file, if you are only going to use part of the content in the product. We do not sell parts of a whole product or pro-rate items. Products are purchased as is.

After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first two weeks after their purchase. If you have any additional questions or would like to request a refund, feel free to contact us.
